Tenell and Brian at Lockheed Martin Demo DayOn May 23, 2012, after years of displaying our flat panel LCD monitors at Lockheed Martin’s Eagan, Minnesota location, Tenell Rhodes and Brian Martin took the Demo Day to Lockheed’s Manassas, Virginia location.

Though not a trade show, the Demo Day setup looks quite similar. With our trade show backdrop assembled and our monitors on display, we were able to chat with personnel about our monitors and how they can be implemented into their programs.

Along for the ride were our 37-inch Titan; 24-inch Saber Standalone; 20-inch SlimLine Lite II; 19-inch TwoView; 15.4″ Saber PanelMount Combat Display; and our 8.4-inch Barracuda Standalone. The Titan, already in use by Lockheed Martin, was the topic of much discussion. The Barracuda in its full trade show set-up (completely submerged in a fully-decorated fish tank) turned heads, as well.

At the entrance to Lockheed Martin in Manassas, VirginiaWe’re looking forward to more Demo Days in Manassas in the future. And Lockheed Martin is looking forward to our return, as well. Based on the success of this Demo Day, plans are in the works for us to exhibit at their other facilities across the country.

Always looking to maximize the trip, Tenell and Brian visited customers and prospects in Maryland and Virginia. The TwoView, our flagship rack mount unit, was the talk of the towns. One prospect, having viewed the TwoView on our web site, asked that we bring it for him and his colleagues to examine. We couldn’t have asked for better timing, and we were only too pleased to oblige. The Barracuda, too, garnered interest; its ability to withstand the elements proved most impressive.

Our meeting with a prospective reseller partner went well; we are always exploring greater avenues by which to grow the awareness of our products.

Having successfully completed this trip, we are eager to see where the road will take us next. Stay tuned!
